The Seedling Wellbeing Collective
Culturally safe, specialised EAP support - built for Indigenous staff, by Indigenous psychologists.
Who are we
The Seedling Wellbeing Collective is a specialised Employee Assistance Program offering culturally safe psychological
support for Indigenous staff and organisations. We exist because Indigenous employees deserve access to mental
health support that understands and reflects their cultural context.
Our Point of difference
All Our Practitioners
are Psychologists
Every practitioner is a qualified psychologist.
Indigenous
Owned & Operated
SWC is 100% Indigenous owned and operated
Lived Culture Alongside Clinical Qualifications
Honouring both knowledge systems.
Our Approach
We take a holistic view of mental health and wellbeing, grounded in Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB).
Through this framework, we reflect a broader, more connected understanding of wellbeing than Western
psychology alone. Our practice blends knowledge systems, honouring Indigenous ways of being, knowing, and doing
alongside Western clinical approaches, and holds both collectivist and individualist perspectives on mental health
with equal weight.
Benefits to your Organisation
Improved Cultural Safety
Benefits extend across the whole organisation.
Proactive, Preventative Support
A service staff can turn to before crisis.
Reduced Burnout & Turnover
Supporting the long-term wellbeing of Indigenous staff.
Higher Engagement
Organisational Insight
Removing the trust barrier that keeps people from engaging with mainstream EAP.
Via our Trends & Briefs service, your EAP investment feeds back into real workplace improvement and cultural safety.
Already have an EAP Provider?
Seedling Wellbeing Collective (SWC) doesn’t need to replace your existing EAP, we can sit alongside it. Any organisation with a large First Nations cohort (mining, health, government, and community-controlled sectors) can use SWC as a dedicated, culturally safe pathway specifically for their Indigenous staff, while keeping their existing provider.
We offer purpose-built support for the staff that your current EAP may not be reaching.
